Motivationless

"I am still at the beginning of my journey to good shape..." I keep kidding myself! Its been over 11 months since I gave birth to my Daughter. I keep cheating and finding excuses for my laziness. And when I look in the mirror I pretend its not that long since I had a baby... My motivation is at level ZERO. I need to get my ass of our ever so comfortable sofa and get moving! But I am so good at finding an excuse for skipping my training...

Awesome Avocado!

In our kitchen we went crazy about avocado. We use it in salads, shakes, sandwiches or even as a dessert. I want to share with you two recipes for super easy salads that we eat all the time as they are so delicious. They are also packed with protein and healthy fat, perfect for after workout meal or lunch at work. But first few words about this great fruit!

Poród w wodzie / Waterbirth

Przez całą ciążę starałam się nie bać porodu i nie przywiązywałam do niego szczególnej wagi. Zawsze staram się nie martwić na zapas i z porodem było tak, że od początku wiedziałam, że będzie co ma być, muszę przez to przejść i martwienie się nic tu nie pomoże, tylko zaszkodzi. Przywiązywałam jednak uwagę do tego, żeby jak najlepiej dbać o siebie i Maleństwo przez całą ciążę, i to uważam było kluczowe.
